License and payment
The app is a one-time paid download. All included tools are available without subscriptions or in-app purchases. Your purchase and use of the app are subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms. Apple manages billing and refunds.
Your content
You keep the rights to your own videos and notes. Record, import, and share only content you are entitled to use, with any necessary permission from the people shown. You are responsible for your exported content and for keeping backups of important clips.
Analysis limitations
Body overlays are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. PickleballDraw does not measure ball speed, spin, or automatic technique scores. The app is not medical advice or a substitute for qualified coaching. Use your judgment when changing your training.
Availability
Features depend on device capabilities and media quality. The app is provided subject to the warranties, limitations, and consumer rights in Apple’s standard license and applicable law. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
