Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the issue. Start with a description or a screenshot; you do not need to send a private video.

Recording, importing, or saving

Check PickleballDraw’s Camera, Microphone, and Photos permissions in iOS Settings. Confirm that your device has enough free storage before recording or exporting.

Body overlays

Use a clear, well-lit clip with the player’s whole body visible. Occlusion, other players, and motion blur can reduce tracking quality. Overlays help you review a clip; they do not provide automatic technique scores or measure ball speed or spin.

Purchases and reinstalling

PickleballDraw is a paid download with all tools included. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Re-download from your App Store purchase history using the Apple Account that bought it. Apple handles payments and refund requests through Report a Problem.

Keep a copy of important clips

Export anything you want to keep before deleting the app. Removing the app may remove its locally stored videos, notes, and analysis.
