This policy covers the PickleballDraw iPhone and iPad app and this support website, provided by David Balderston.

App data

PickleballDraw does not require an account or collect app analytics. Videos, photos, drawings, notes, voice notes, tags, and body analysis are processed and stored on your device. We do not upload this content to an analysis server. We do not use advertising identifiers, ad tracking, or third-party purchase analytics.

Permissions and sharing

Camera and microphone access are used when you record video or voice notes. Photos access is used to import or save media. You control permissions in iOS Settings. If you choose to export or share, the selected content is provided to the destination you choose and that service’s privacy practices apply.

App Store payment

Apple processes the one-time app purchase and any refund request. The developer does not receive your payment-card information. Apple may provide aggregate sales and platform diagnostics under your Apple settings and its own privacy policy.

Support messages and website

If you email support, we receive the email address and information you choose to send and use it to respond to your request. This website uses no analytics scripts or advertising cookies. Cloudflare hosts the site and may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure it.

Your choices

You can delete local clips in the app, revoke permissions in Settings, or uninstall the app. Export important content before uninstalling. Contact dbalders@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests concerning support messages.
